Every Wednesday 6:30pm – 7:25pm
Yoga – the internal art of building strength, balance, and overall well being. This class is appropriate for all physical levels and will provide the structure and awareness to keep you happy and safe. This flow is designed to be gentle on the body while still providing enough difficulty to challenge and cultivate strength and greater health.
This class brings in pranayama (practiced breath work), meditation, off the mat practices, and more. . The student will gain a deeper understanding and benefits of yoga for holistic balance and well being.
Preparing for Class
– This is a movement class. Please wear clothing you can move in. Long pants, t-shirt and low sole tennis shoe (martial arts shoes). If you need help with that, our logo shirts are available for sale. Click Here to Purchase
