Kung Fu Group Class
Every Tuesday 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Kung Fu – this active class is like a two in one. It is great for self-defense, but it is just a good for health and wellness. the internal art of building strength, balance, and overall well being. In class, we will work on recognizing and connecting to the energy in the body, and opening specific channels to let energy flow freely throughout every aspect of the body.
This class includes traditional Kung Fu training and skills. Students will learn strikes, blocks, kicks, weapons, and more. This is in no way to promote senseless violence. It is to show the healthy and more productive sides of this martial art.
Preparing for Class
– This is a movement class. Please wear clothing you can move in. Long pants, t-shirt and low sole tennis shoe (martial arts shoes). If you need help with that, our logo shirts are available for sale. Click Here to Purchase
– If you have been diagnosed by a doctor for something, please check in with he / she to get the green light for doing a heavy workout.
Classes are held at 42 Summer St., Suite 306 A, Pittsfield, MA 01201 (Downtown Pittsfield – above the Berkshire Nautilus)
Please Note: When this class grows, we will relocate to a larger studio.
