This class is an all-levels class. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. This yoga class is great for general well-being upkeep. It will help you develop strength, flexibility, better circulation, better respiration and more. Yoga supports weight loss and diabetes maintenance. It is also helpful for stress reduction, depression, and general discomfort. Also great for improving athletics and martial arts.
Classes are done without shoes, so please plan to be shoeless during the class.
